To identify which and what ingridients exist in Pyritum - nowadays on sale in local markets - I made experiments on the ingridient differences. Now I obtained following results.
1. As a result of particle size analysis, Group P2 had mostly above 1000 ㎛ pyritum preparata, and Group P3 had about 250~2,000 ㎛ pyritum preparata.
2. As the result of ingridient analysis, and XRD analysis, of Pyritum on sale in local markets, it was found that all sample are FeS₂, most of which consist of both Fe and S, but some of which include more Cu and As.
3. As the result of ingridient analysis, and XRD analysis, of roasted Pyritum on sale in local markets, it was found that PP1 is CuO, which mostly include Cu, and that PP2 and PP3 are Fe₂O₃.
Through this anaylysis, I found that the ingridients portion of Pyritum and roasted Pyritum(Pyritum Preparata) is variable, and that Pyritum products with different portions are circulated on sale. So it is considered that administration and inspection on the standardized Pyritum products be needed.
